Payments Method
In order to make payment as convenience as possible, U-waytours Travel accepts 4 payment methods:
1. PayPal 2. Credit Card Guarantee authorization by fax or email 3. Western Union Transfer 4. Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer)

1. Pay by PayPal

U-waytours highly recommends PayPal. Whatever if you have or have not a PayPal account, you may pay us securely with PayPal.

You will find PayPal button in the proposal your travel consultant sent you by email. Just click it when you confirm a certain amount of payment to pay U-waytours and you will be taken to the secure PAYPAL web site to make payment. If you are a PAYPAL member simply follow the usual system. If you are not a member it's easy to join and it's free!

2. Pay by Credit Card Authorization Form TOP

U-waytours accepts credit card payment with authorization letter by fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card, Diners and JCB card, but not debit card.

So far, online credit card payment can not be made because China’s e-commerce infrastructure is not as safe and stable as that in western countries. However, with the authorization fax, it is safe and easy but it is slow:

Please follow the steps below to make payment through Credit Card
1. Click to download the Credit Card Authorization Form
2. Fill your VALID credit card information (card type, number, card holder’s name, billing address and card holder’s signature, etc.) in the credit card authorization form.
3. Have your credit card (back and front) copied.
4. Send the Credit Card Authorization Form to us by fax.

Or if you have a scanner, after completing the form, scan it and credit card information then send to us as an attachment by E-mail.
Please be noted that this is a guarantee of your payment, we will NOT charge a deposit from your card until you have confirmed and delivered a formal booking.

Important Notes

1) Payment from credit card to us is slow, so we prefer to get payment via Western Union Service if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 8 days prior to your arrival date. Western Union Transfer is most fast way.
2) If you choose to pay with credit card and if you book a packaged tour, U-waytours will bear the credit card processing fee (approximately 3% of the total payment).
3) If you book airline tickets only, for the safety reason, we do not accept the payment by credit card.

3. Pay by Western Union Transfer TOP

If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose to pay by Western Union Transfer. The information for Western Union Transfer is as below:

After you send us the payment, please inform us the full name of the remitter, the sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union. Western Union is the fastest way to pay. We can get your payment in a couple of minutes after you send it. So it is an ideal way for the last minute booking.

4. Pay by Wire Transfer (Bank transfer) TOP

It's also very easy to pay us by wire transfer.
Please follow the steps below to make payment through wire transfer

1. Find our Bank information shown below on this page
2. Telephone your banks and arrange the wire transfer
3. Please fax us the bank receipt with your tour confirmation code after you make the payment. Or scan the bank draft and send it to us as attachment.
4. It may take 5 days to 2 weeks for the money to reach our account, if differs from country to country.
5. While making wire transfer, please don't forget to write our confirmation code on the transfer sheet
